Ylläsjärvi ski resort café zoning change, 2021-2022
The change (1.17 ha) enabled the construction of a new ski resort café and associated holiday buildings on the northern shore of Lake Ylläsjärvi.
In the local plan amendment, I added a total of 350 thousand m² of building rights to the planning area, which will enable the construction of a ski café and larger holiday construction than in the current local plan.
