Rovaniemi Pedestrian Street User Guide, 2021
The purpose of the Rovaniemi Promenade User Guide is to guide the year-round use of outdoor space rentals and events in the pedestrian area.
The user guide contains instructions for renting a place (or a section of the street) in the pedestrian area, instructions for applying for and granting permits for events on the pedestrian street, measures and responsible parties for the seasons according to the annual calendar, and development measures for expanding the pedestrian street to Koskenranta. In addition, the user guide guides the quality of the structures to be erected and the construction method in order to achieve Rovaniemi's own design look and a uniform cityscape.
