Keselmäjärvi town plan amendment, 2017-2019
The change allocated the planning area for construction serving northern lights tourism in addition to hotel-level accommodation.
The plan amendment also removed the unrealized public service block areas and replaced them with construction serving tourism. A construction site for a ski-in-ski-out hotel building was implemented in the eastern part of the plan amendment area.
