Sauvosaari Point Houses in Kemi, 2022 –

The goal of the zoning change is to enable the construction of a new apartment building that is suitable for a prestigious environment along Kauppakatu, on the site of the hospital's current single-story emergency space.

At the same time, the old valuable "Mustard and Ketchup" point houses will be protected - however, in such a way that their repair and maintenance is possible.
