Kalliojärvi Gorge Lake Arctic Resort site plan, 2018-2020
The local plan has enabled the implementation of a tourism and holiday housing area offering comprehensive nature and experience services in the scenic surroundings of Lake Kalliojärvi.
The area, which covers an area of 203.5 hectares, is of exceptional natural value with its rock cuttings descending into the lake and views of the fells. Special attention has been paid to the location of the construction in the area, taking into account the natural and landscape conditions, and to the high-quality and architecturally unique implementation of the construction itself.
